We need to ensure
We truly care or our kittens and feel a responsibility to ensure we choose the best homes for them. We may therefore ask questions about your experience in caring for animals, cats in particular and especially Maine Coons. Not that someone who hasn't previously owned a pet will be restricted but we need to ensure that your expectations are managed and you are fully aware of what additional responsibilities you are about to on. We like to ensure our kittens will be safe, secure, well looked after and well loved by their new families.
Access to outdoors
Access to the outdoors is important for all animals for fresh air and sunlight. We expect our pet owners to enable access to their gardens for our Maine Coons. We do not expect our Maine Coons to be able to freely roam but a catio or enclosed garden space with a cat proof fencing addition is essential.
Microchip
Please ensure you register your pets microchip to your current address and keep this up to date if you move house. This is to ensure that your pet can be returned to you should they escape.
Insurance
Our kittens come with 5 weeks free pet insurance with Agria. We recommend that you continue this insurance or find an alternative provider at the end of the 5 week term. This is to ensure the health of your pet can be covered with adequate provision should they require emergency medical treatment for any reason.
